Hosting the website
Our website is hosted by the hosting service provider ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich). The server location is in Dresden, Germany. The data in the server log files is collected by this provider to ensure stable and secure website operation. An order processing agreement (AVV) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us: browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. The processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the error-free presentation and optimization of the website).
Contact Form / Email Inquiries
If you send us inquiries via contact form or email, your information from the inquiry form, including contact details, will be stored by us in order to process the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The processing of your data primarily serves to initiate and process business relationships, such as creating individual offers for metal components, table frames, fittings or profiles, sampling or coordinating logistics processes. The data is stored exclusively for the purpose of business correspondence.
